Race Day — Leo’s Formula Fifth

Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: vintage racetrack in cream and racing green, built around racing green, cream, signal red. Florals — cream carnation "pit crew" posies — were prepared in our studio the day before.

The circuit had to survive five-year-old drivers for three hours — every corner was sandbagged, padded and taped like a real track wall.

Twelve tiny drivers took the podium in turn while parents cheered from the "grandstand" — nothing tipped over, including the cake.
