The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: tropical modern in coral and palm, built around coral, palm, sand. Florals — anthurium, monstera leaves, king protea — were prepared in our studio the day before.
The challenge
A noon start in July meant heat was the enemy — every bloom was chilled overnight and installed in the final ninety minutes.
The result
Not a petal wilted through four hours of brunch, and the peacock chair queue never went down.
