How far in advance should we book?

For weddings and large celebrations we recommend 6–8 weeks. Smaller events can often be styled within two weeks — and yes, we occasionally pull off beautiful miracles on short notice. Ask!

Do you have a minimum budget?

Our custom styling projects typically begin around $800, and rentals start lower. Tell us your budget honestly — we will always show you the most beautiful version of what it can do.

Do you deliver, set up and take down?

Always. Every quote includes delivery, professional installation and next-day (or same-night) takedown. You never lift a finger.

Which areas do you serve?

We are based in Miami and serve all of South Florida. For destination events further afield, travel is quoted individually.

Can you work with my venue?

Yes — we coordinate directly with your venue on timings, access and installation rules, so you never have to play messenger.

Question 6

Do you offer rentals only?

We do. Arches, plinths, vases, props and more are available from our rental collection, with delivery and pickup included.

How do payments work?

A 50% deposit secures your date; the balance is due one week before the event. We accept cards, bank transfer and all major digital wallets.

What if the weather turns on an outdoor event?

Every outdoor design comes with a rain plan. We monitor the forecast with you during the week of the event and adapt the setup if needed — beautifully, not frantically.
