Midnight in Paris — 40th Soirée

Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: parisian salon in navy and gold, built around midnight, gold, cream. Florals — white orchids, gilded eucalyptus — were prepared in our studio the day before.

The penthouse ceiling was mirrored glass — we turned the problem into the showpiece by floating a balloon ceiling that doubled itself into infinity.

The reflection trick made the room feel twice as tall and endlessly golden; the birthday girl walked in and gasped at her own skyline.
