The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: retro-arcade teen birthday, built around pixel blue, neon violet, arcade black. Every installation piece was pre-built and rehearsed in our studio.
The challenge
The birthday boy said "nothing babyish" — every element passed the toughest review board in existence: his group chat.
The result
The high-score board stayed contested until the last slice of pixel cake; "nothing babyish" verdict: passed.
