The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: modern winter garden, built around frost, sage, silver. Florals — white orchids, frosted branches, eucalyptus — were prepared in our studio the day before.
The challenge
Three hundred guests and a brand book with exact hex codes — luxury and compliance had to share a table.
The result
Elegant, on-brand, and delivered under a brutal timeline; the client rebooked for next year before dessert.
