The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: barefoot boardroom on the bay, built around bay blue, sand, coral. Florals — dune grasses and white hibiscus — were prepared in our studio the day before.
The challenge
Turning a team-building day into an evening worth staying for — the design pivoted the same site from workshop to dinner in 40 minutes.
The result
HR measured the highest retreat satisfaction score in company history; the bonfire ran two hours over.
