The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: havana nights courtyard celebration, built around mojito, rum, salsa red. Florals — tropical brights with banana-leaf runners — were prepared in our studio the day before.
The challenge
Half the team RSVP’d "will not dance" — the layout gently funneled everyone within three metres of the band anyway.
The result
By 10 pm the "will not dance" faction owned the floor; the quota bell rang once more, ceremonially.
