The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: ballerina-core high tea, built around ballet pink, tulle, satin. Florals — spray roses, ranunculus, astilbe feathers — were prepared in our studio the day before.
The challenge
Eighteen metres of tulle wilts in Miami humidity — every chair wrap was steamed on site an hour before doors.
The result
The bride, a former dancer, teared up at the pointe-shoe ribbons tied by her old studio’s teacher.
