The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: lavender market brunch, built around lavande, wheat, milk. Florals — fresh lavender bundles, chamomile, olive sprigs — were prepared in our studio the day before.
The challenge
Enough fresh lavender to scent a garden — but not enough to overwhelm brunch — took three test mornings to calibrate.
The result
Guests walked in and inhaled audibly; the favours perfumed thirty cars home.
