The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: office lobby to winter village, built around evergreen, gold, cranberry. Florals — fresh garland by the metre, amaryllis towers — were prepared in our studio the day before.
The challenge
A bank lobby that had to stay operational until 5 pm became a winter village by 7 — two hours, one freight elevator.
The result
Employees brought their families back on the weekend just to see the lobby again; security kindly allowed it.
