The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: neon courtyard for late-night coders, built around neon violet, terminal blue, dark mode. Every installation piece was pre-built and rehearsed in our studio.
The challenge
The afterparty had to wake up 130 developers who’d been awake for 36 hours — light, colour and food placement became UX design.
The result
The demo stage got standing energy at 1 a.m.; the CTO’s recap deck was 40% party photos.
