The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: sustainable harvest table, built around field green, harvest, linen. Florals — edible-garden centrepieces — herbs, kale blooms, nasturtium — were prepared in our studio the day before.
The challenge
An ESG fund audits everything — including their own dinner. Every element needed a documented afterlife.
The result
The centrepieces were replanted the next morning and the fund published our sustainability sheet with their annual report.
