The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: orangerie brunch in citrus tones, built around clementine, zest, fizz. Florals — orange blossom branches, cream ranunculus — were prepared in our studio the day before.
The challenge
A working mimosa wall needs real plumbing hidden inside a pretty facade — our first foray into decorative hydraulic engineering.
The result
The mimosa wall poured perfectly for three hours and appeared in every single guest photo.
