The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: desert boho in terracotta and pampas, built around terracotta, pampas, clay. Florals — pampas plumes, dried lotus, toffee roses — were prepared in our studio the day before.
The challenge
The hat bar had to fit forty hats, five mirrors and one strong opinion per guest into three square metres.
The result
Every guest left in a hat, styled and monogrammed; the backdrop survived to star in the wedding week too.
