The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: safari reveal in neutral tones, built around khaki, savanna cream, leaf. Florals — dried grasses with cream roses — were prepared in our studio the day before.
The challenge
The parents wanted zero pink or blue anywhere until the moment itself — even the cake knife ribbon stayed neutral.
The result
The drop-box spilled blue petals over a fully neutral room — the contrast made the moment hit twice as hard.
