The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: french bakery for a baby girl, built around croissant, café crème, rose. Florals — cream ranunculus in patisserie tins — were prepared in our studio the day before.
The challenge
Fresh viennoiserie is décor with a two-hour lifespan — deliveries were staged in three waves to keep the table camera-ready.
The result
The croissant tower outlasted three rounds of photos before vanishing entirely — a French ending.
