The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: whoville-whimsy staff surprise, built around who red, grinch, snowdrift. Every installation piece was pre-built and rehearsed in our studio.
The challenge
The CEO wanted the office transformed overnight as a surprise — no employee could suspect a thing by 6 pm Friday.
The result
Monday’s arrival videos hit the company all-hands; productivity, reportedly, recovered by Wednesday.
