The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: travel-story dinner in wood and brass, built around passport tan, brass, map cream. Florals — protea and foliage from each city’s signature palette — were prepared in our studio the day before.
The challenge
Five cities, five mini-tablescapes, one coherent room — the unifying thread was a single brass line running the table’s length.
The result
Dinner travelled from Lisbon to Miami course by course; the Polaroid map gained its sixth pin at midnight.
