The preparation
Concept and palette were locked two weeks out: elegant dessert-first reveal brunch, built around vanilla, gold leaf, question grey. Florals — white ranunculus with gold-leaf accents — were prepared in our studio the day before.
The challenge
The baker was the only human who knew — our styling contract literally included a non-disclosure clause for one slice of cake.
The result
The first cut showed pink sponge and the champagne tower emptied itself within the minute.
